What We Do:
At Triangle Drumming and Wellness, we use the power of music, percussion, and West African drumming to engage and uplift participants to higher levels.
We provide a rich and robust learning experience for school programs, corporate team building, wellness programs and community events. Connection, Education, Inspiration!
Who We Are:
Triangle Drumming and Wellness is about sharing the healing power of rhythm, drumming and music with all populations. Being enamored with the love of West African drumming, founder and musical director Ronnie Pulley has over 17 years with continual learning and teaching African drums. Beyond this Triangle Drumming and Wellness is a part of the International Drum Circle Facilitators Guild (DCFG) and trained in the Heath Rhythms protocol for using music and drumming for wellness and healing.
What to Expect:
Our interactive rhythm programs educate, inspire, energize, and connect while offering participants a safe, fun, and relaxed space to learn and play together. Whether it be a leadership program, school residency, stress management program, drumming class, or facilitated drum circle, everyone is encouraged to learn and support each other during the journey. We learn together, make mistakes together, support each other, and thus grow together. In this space participants experience a raised sense of joy which brings forth the ‘feel-good’ endorphins resulting in a reduced level of stress and anxiety at a level that is long lasting.
Get Involved:
Participants are challenged to learn, share, grow and become more confident in not only playing drums and music together, but in all areas of life. Triangle Drumming and Wellness does this by encouraging participants to listen, laugh, take risks, align with each other, and let go of stress and old patterns that hold us back.
How It Works:
As we work very closely with our clients, Triangle Drumming and Wellness co-creates a program that is tailor made to meet the needs of your company, school, or organization. This will normally entail us bringing in imported drums and hand percussion to use along with an interactive rhythm program that engages, uplifts, and energizes. Participants are encouraged through stepping stones to achieve successful experiences by learning musical patterns and then sharing how what they learn during the experience aligns with their everyday work, school, and life. Participants leave inspired and uplifted with lessons that are long lasting.
